Make sure the new DLC is installed on the PC or Xbox, according to the platform you play. Acquiring the new weapon requires some steps before it can be found in the general booty group. First, you have to get the character of Ming Moon spell, which is naturally equipped with the Silver Wind. Once Ming is unlocked, you have to survive with Ming for 15 minutes to get the silver wind weapon with any character. The challenge can be done at all regular stages in any configuration, provided you use Ming. You don't even have to complete the stage completely because the challenge is just living 15 minutes. Simply watch over time and then die once after 15 minutes of race. The silver wind weapon creates an aura of light around your character, which will damage the enemies that come too close to contact.

The silver wind weapon can also be evolved by combining it with the element of the Summarily heart. That is like getting the silver wind in Vampire Survivors.
